I found out I was lactose intolerant a few months ago and have really missed garlic bread. Scratch that, craved it!
Goat butter and goat cheese seem to be ok though, so yesterday I made goat bread garlic butter. Mmmmm!!
Mix pressed garlic with softened goat butter and spread into a sliced baguette (I used a part baked one so it looks a little pale). Wrap in tinfoil and bake for 10-15 minutes. Open up the tinfoil for a few minutes at the end to get that golden brown colour.
