Blueberry cake

I remembered I’d promised to do this at about eight yesterday evening so the phrase ‘ whip something up’ was quite apt. Thankfully, after baking quite a bit in this kitchen, essential cake ingredients are all within arms reach.

The blueberries in the (dairy-free) cake were bought in bulk when they were cheap then frozen. They made the whole thing moist and delicious!
